ABOUT THE RETREAT
Homecoming: A Sacred Process is a group process, experientially-based retreat intensive. In group process work participants have a unique opportunity to accelerate self-transformation. When we work in a group, the entire universe comes into the room — our history, our family, our deep connections, as well as the ways we tend to separate from our self and from others. This laboratory, when approached with curiosity, openness, awareness and the desire to learn, will teach us all we need to know and give us the opportunity to learn and feel whatever is required to return to our true wholeness. The deep dive of the retreat work will be counterbalanced by the curated beauty and care of the setting and its integrated offerings. This will create a gentle, nurturing, and reverent container for our sacred process.

The center is founded on and guided by the values of reverence, self-care, creativity, and community which align with our deepest values.
For our retreat we will have exclusive use of the property and all its amenities.
Each participant will have their own luxurious bedroom with a private bathroom and picturesque views of the land.
The center has a large beautiful space for our group process work, a yoga studio, an art studio, a comfortable living room with fireplace, coffee bar and spacious dining area, as well as many places for relaxing and connecting with each other.
The center chef will prepare three nourishing garden-to-table meals each day, as well as snacks and unlimited tea and coffee.
The property has expansive forests, meadows and glens, ponds and streams that serve as habitat to numerous species. There are several scenic trails, including a self-guided Wellness Walk, spots for solo reflection or meditation and a path to a running brook.
There are stunning flower and organic produce gardens which seasonally yield ingredients for daily meals.
From patios set up on the East and West sides of the guest house, visitors can enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the top of the hill, and ample stargazing opportunities by the bonfire or in smaller, contained fire pits.
Health and wellness amenities include an indoor lap-length pool, a hot tub, and a medical-grade infrared sauna.
